COMPANY PROFILE & MISSION
As a world leader in the repair of induction furnaces, coils, water cooled
leads and associated systems, EMSCO is committed to providing competitively
priced, quality services with the fastest turn-around time in the industry. Our
mission is simple: to keep our customers competitive by keeping their critical
production furnaces "up and running". As a clear demonstration of our
commitment, we operate fully equipped regional service facilities strategically
located throughout the United States to be near you, our customers. Each
facility maintains a large local parts inventory and has personnel who are
knowledgeable in the unique needs of local customers.
Since our beginning as a small repair shop in
Louisville, Ohio, we have
understood the need to listen to our customers. Although today we are a
multi-million dollar organization with more than 140,000 square feet of total
manufacturing space, we continue to listen. As a result, we have recently added
new services to our offerings including complete installation and removal
service for induction melting users. Our engineering services provide full
project and construction management including electrical, mechanical, and civil
requirements. In addition to furnace projects, we install air handling and fume
collection systems, charge/scrap handling systems, water systems, power
distribution, automation upgrades and retrofits including computer control
systems. Our Installation Group has served as prime contractor for foundries
with installation from $15,000 to $7.5 million and have installed systems
ranging from 15 kilowatts to 48 megawatts.
EMSCO is part of the Inductotherm Group family of companies, more than fifty
technology-based firms worldwide. Having ties to such a large group, yet
maintaining a small company intimacy with our customers, has contributed to our
success. Putting customers first, focusing on their needs, being responsive, and
reacting quickly to their demands remains the key to our success. Helping our
customers prosper and keeping them competitive in their industries has allowed
us to prosper along with them. At EMSCO we keep you, our customers, "up and
running" so that you can ponder the big issues like ... How to increase
your market share and otherwise grow your business.
