Industrial Construction Site Supervisor
EMSCO Installations, a division of EMSCO Inc. and one of the Inductotherm group of Companies with more than 50 technology-based firms worldwide is responsible for installing and relocating large melting and heating equipment at customer sites. Our Construction Site Supervisors work as part of a team to complete the required civil, electrical, and mechanical requirements to bring the system into operation at locations all around the county.

Successful Site Supervisors will have the following skills:
- Ability to assume responsibility for day-to-day operations in the field
- Communicate and manage subcontractors
- Ability to communicate information back to home office and carry out assignments
- Experience with customer interaction
- Good mechanical skills (Electrician skills not required but a plus)
- Able to travel for extended periods of time – projects range from 3 days to 3 months with home trips every other weekend
- Possess a high level of personal drive and enthusiasm to have project succeed
